How to start a return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page or email info@deezsmokeshop.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Don't send anything back yet — we'll confirm first.
  2. Once approved, pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our returns address below. You're responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. We inspect the item when it arrives. If approved, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We can't guarantee receipt of returned items shipped without tracking.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In original packaging with any tags intact

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items — these are final sale
  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, we've got you — no questions asked. Email us at info@deezsmokeshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you'd like the same item replaced, email us and we'll sort it out. For a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Refund timeline

Once your return is received and inspected you'll get an email confirmation. If approved, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Still haven't seen it? Check your bank account and credit card first — refunds sometimes post quietly. If it's been more than 10 business days, reach out and we'll track it down.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of the return. If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund goes back to them.
