Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed and shipped the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- USPS Ground Advantage — 2 to 5 business days depending on your location
Please note that processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods. We don't control USPS transit times once your package leaves our hands.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally or to US territories at this time.
All orders must comply with state and local laws. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that receiving the ordered products is legal in your state.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly on the USPS website or through your account order history.

Track on USPS.com →Didn't get a tracking email? Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, wait 24 hours — USPS sometimes scans packages early. After that, check with neighbors and your local post office.
If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@deezsmokeshop.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
